Terms of Service

Kodar Tarkvara OÜprovides a transactional email API and dashboard ("the Service") that queues, signs (DKIM), and relays email on your behalf. We may change or improve the Service over time.

You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must verify your email before sending, and you must control and verify any domain you send from.

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. You are responsible for the content and recipients of every message you send and for having permission to email them.

Paid plans are billed one month at a time through our payment provider (Montonio); there is no card-on-file auto-renewal, so continued paid use requires paying each period. We email a payment link to the account owner shortly before each period ends; if that period is not paid, the workspace returns to the Free plan and its limits. Fees are stated in euros and are the total amount payable: Kodar Tarkvara OÜis not registered for VAT in Estonia, so no VAT is added and our invoices show no VAT amount (and none is recoverable on them). Should we become VAT-registered, VAT will apply to services supplied from that date onwards and we will update these terms. An invoice for each paid period is available in your dashboard under Billing; because invoices are accounting source documents, we keep the payment record (amount, date, reference, and who was billed) for seven years as Estonian accounting law requires, including after an account is deleted. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, and a downgrade takes effect immediately without a refund of the remaining period. Send volume above your plan's monthly quota is blocked until you upgrade or the next period begins. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the AUP, for non-payment, or where deliverability, legal, or security risk requires it — immediately where necessary to protect the platform or other senders.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. Questions: support@kodar.io.
