Message content — the HTML and text body and any attachments — is erased after 30 days on every plan, including Scale. What the plan's log window covers is the metadata: recipient address, subject, status and delivery events, kept 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro and 1 year on Scale, then deleted.
